Testing Forum Changes! |

The forum 1, 2, 3, Testing~ is now to be used for rating Profile Pics as well as Profile Customizations, in addition to Signatures and Avatars.
The rules of the Testing Forum have changed slightly, so everyone should look them over before posting again.
Also, from today on, posts no longer count in the Testing Forum. This is why everyone's post counts have dropped. So sorry~

Alrighty, for those eagle-eyed people that I've talked to on MSN about it, you've noticed some changes going on to the profile pages. Well, today they're nearly complete. There will be some changes in the near future, but it's generally finished.
All users, save those who have not responded to their confirmation emails yet, are able to upload up to a 150x200 picture to display in their profile alongside their avatar.
